Baked Cod with Cheese

Makes 6 servings


  • 1 1/2 pounds cod fillets
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 1 tsp sage
  • 1/2 cup grated swiss cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Wash and dry codfish. Sprinkle both sides with salt, pepper and sage. Place in greased shallow baking dish. Sprinkle cheese on top and cover with sour cream. Bake 25 minutes.
