Asian Marinated Grilled top Sirloin Steak with Soba Noodle Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 8-ounce Certified Angus Beef ® Top Sirloin steaks
  • 2 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1 bunch scallions, sliced
  • 2 tbsp chopped ginger
  • 1/4 cup sake
  • 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil

Directions

  1. Combine marinade ingredients and place in zipper-locking plastic bag with beef. Marinate overnight in refrigerator.
  2. Preheat grill to medium-high. Remove steaks, discarding marinade, and grill to medium rare (140°F internal temperature) or desired doneness. Remove steaks from grill and allow to rest 4 to 6 minutes.
