Artichoke Parmesan Chicken Breast

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups drained and chopped artichokes
  • 2 cups parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise

Directions

  1. Place chicken in papered or greased pan. Place in oven, preheated at 350 for 10 minutes.
  2. Combine mayonnaise, artichokes and parmesan cheese. Mix well.
  3. Spread mixture on top of chicken and continue to cook for 15-20 more minutes.
