- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups drained and chopped artichokes
- 2 cups parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- Place chicken in papered or greased pan. Place in oven, preheated at 350 for 10 minutes.
- Combine mayonnaise, artichokes and parmesan cheese. Mix well.
- Spread mixture on top of chicken and continue to cook for 15-20 more minutes.
