Apple and Grape Salad

Makes 8 servings


  • 2 apples, cut into cubes
  • 1 cups of grapes, cut in half
  • 1/2 cup of choppped celery
  • 1/4 cup of chopped walnuts
  • 1 tsp of lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup of sour cream.
  • 1/3 cup of plain yogurt


  1. In a large bowl, combine the apples cubes, grapes, celery, walnuts and lemon juice.
  2. Mix the yogurt and sour cream. Mix lightly into fruit mix. Refrigerate.
