5 Layer Greek Dip

This recipe is gluten free.


  • 2 cntr hummus
  • 1 jar kalamata olives
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 cucumber
  • Feta Cheese to taste
  • Fresh Dill


  1. Finely chop kalamata olives, bell pepper, cucumber and fresh dill. Spread 2 containers of hummus about 1-2 inches thick in the bottom of a wide serving dish.
  2. Sprinkle the vegetables evenly over the hummus. Crumble feta cheese on top.
  3. Sprinkle bits of dill and serve with warm pita slices. Enjoy!
